We currently ship within Canada, including Quebec. Available delivery options are displayed at checkout for your delivery address.
Standard T-shirts, custom-fit T-shirts and Mag Swatch are dispatched the next business day after your order is placed.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Dispatch means handing your parcel to the carrier; it does not mean next-day delivery.
If an issue affects dispatch, we will contact you using the details provided with your order.
We offer Standard and Express shipping, where available.
Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Express shipping provides a faster shipping service; our next-business-day processing time still applies.
Shopify calculates estimated delivery dates using our processing time and the transit time of your selected shipping service. Available estimates are shown at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier delays, severe weather and other disruptions may affect arrival. Your applicable consumer rights remain unchanged.
When your parcel ships, we will send a shipping confirmation to the email address provided with your order. Tracking details will be included when available for the selected service.
Check your delivery address carefully before placing an order.
If you need to correct it, email visibleannotations@gmail.com promptly with your order number. We will confirm whether the address can still be changed. Changes may not be possible once the parcel has been dispatched.
If your order is delayed, missing, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, email visibleannotations@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Please keep the packaging and include photographs of any damage where possible. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Custom-fit T-shirts are excluded from change-of-mind returns and exchanges. This does not affect remedies for defective or incorrect items or other rights provided by law.
