You may request a return or exchange of standard-size T-shirts and Mag Swatch within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
Visible Annotations pays return shipping for eligible returns and exchanges. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Custom-fit T-shirts are made to your measurements and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, including sizing preferences.
This exclusion does not affect your rights if an item is defective, incorrect or otherwise fails to meet applicable legal requirements.
Email visibleannotations@gmail.com with your order number, the item and whether you would like a refund or exchange. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, describe the issue and include photographs where possible.
Contact us before sending an item back. We will provide return instructions and arrange paid return shipping for eligible returns.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you about its approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to make the refund available.
The 14-day window and original-condition requirements apply to voluntary change-of-mind returns. They do not limit applicable consumer rights, legal warranties or remedies for defective, incorrect or misrepresented goods.
