These terms apply to purchases and use of our website, together with our Shipping, Return and Refund, and Privacy policies.

Review your items, sizes, print options, measurements, delivery address and order total before completing checkout. Provide accurate contact and payment information.
Orders are limited to 10 items in total. Products and exchange options are subject to availability.
Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless another currency is explicitly shown. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.
If an issue affects your order, we will contact you to explain it and arrange a resolution consistent with applicable law.
Our standard size guide describes finished garment measurements. Follow the separate body-measurement instructions when ordering a custom-fit T-shirt.
Custom-fit T-shirts are made using the measurements submitted with your order. Please review those measurements carefully before purchasing. Contact us promptly if you discover an error; changes depend on the stage of production.
Custom-fit T-shirts cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. This does not exclude remedies for defective or incorrect items or other rights provided by law.
Our dispatch schedule is the next business day for standard T-shirts, custom-fit T-shirts and Mag Swatch.
Dispatch means handing your parcel to the carrier; it does not mean next-day delivery. Available shipping methods, charges and estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout where supported.
Delivery estimates include processing and transit time. If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.
Nothing in these terms removes any applicable cancellation or refund rights relating to delivery.
Eligible standard-size T-shirts and Mag Swatch may be returned or exchanged within 14 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
We pay return shipping for eligible returns and exchanges. Exchanges depend on availability. Contact us before sending an item back.
Custom-fit T-shirts are excluded from change-of-mind returns and exchanges.
Our Return and Refund policy explains the request process. These voluntary return conditions do not limit legal warranties or remedies for defective, incorrect or misrepresented goods.
Email us promptly with your order number to request a change or cancellation. We will confirm what is possible based on the order’s production and shipping status.
A request does not itself confirm that the order has been changed or cancelled. Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.
Screen settings and lighting can affect how colours appear. Product descriptions and specifications form part of the information provided before purchase.
Follow the garment’s care instructions. Mag Swatch contains magnets: read its safety guidance, keep it away from children and pets, and remove it before washing the garment.
Keep your account access secure and your saved information accurate.
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information, including submitted measurements, is handled. Newsletter signup is separate from placing an order, and you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit fraudulent information.
Our original branding, photographs, designs and written content may not be reproduced commercially without permission. This does not restrict uses permitted by law.
These terms are subject to applicable Canadian and provincial laws, including mandatory protections that apply to customers in Quebec.
Nothing in these terms waives your statutory rights, legal warranties or access to remedies available under applicable law.
We may update these terms for future website use and purchases. Updates do not retroactively change an existing order without your agreement or a lawful basis.
